All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. For instance, if a payment or donation was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card through the same payment channel by the merchant. This applies to all payment modes used by the customer.
In the event that the delivered product does not match the item selected by the customer, the customer must notify us within 10 working days. Refunds in such cases will be processed in accordance with the respective bank's turnaround time (TAT) and norms.
